Banquet Coordinator - This person is responsible for coordinating the end of season banquet.

Computer Operator & Time Drop Coordinator  - Works every meet to enter times for each swimmer from the timing sheets.

• 2026 - Julie Grant

Concessions Coordinator - Coordinate all Concessions for the Swim meets and other swim events for the season.

• 2026 - Sarah Dansby & Maury Kilgo

Guppy Coordinator - Coordinates guppy meets and events.

• 2026 - Samantha Barnhill

Merchandise - Responsible for all team merchandise design and ordering.

• 2026 - Laura Mahony

Spirit Week - Coordinates and decorates for Spirit Week during Divisional Week.

• 2026 - Alicia Kamlet

Social Coordinator - This person is responsible for coordinating social events.

• 2026 - Caitlin Kramer & Meredith Moore

Sponsorships - This position coordinates sponsors and their marketing.

• 2026 - Missy Talbert

Volunteer Coordinator - This position is responsible for working with the Sail Reps to manage and fill up the volunteer roles for each meet.  It also includes checking in and passing out badges to volunteers at each meet.
