We are WCR!
Woody Creek Recreation and Swim Team are part of the Sugar Creek neighborhood. We are a member of the summer Swim Association Invitational League (SAIL) in Greenville, SC.
SAIL includes more than 30 neighborhood swim teams in Greenville, South Carolina. The neighborhood teams are divided into 6 Divisions: Red, Purple, White, Blue, Green, and Gold, and are made up of male and female athletes 4-18 years old.
The SAIL season runs approximately 10-weeks, from mid-May to the mid-July. There are five dual swim meets (Thursday nights) during June and one Divisional swim meet the Friday and Saturday after July 4th. Following the Divisional Meet, the top 40 swimmers from the neighborhood teams, in each stroke and age group, will meet at a Championships and Classics Swim Meet at the Westside Aquatics Center in Greenville, SC.
