Hi Waves! The swim banquet will be Tuesday, July 12th at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church at 6:00pm. We are looking forward to celebrating another great Woody Creek season. To help with the planning, we would like everyone to do the following two quick and easy things:

1.Go to the website and RSVP as soon as possible so we can determine a final price per person. The price per adult will be between $8 and $12. (Please also RSVP if you can not attend.) If you are unable to RSVP for some family members (they are not on the team), then please email Dana Martin [email protected] and let her know your family total.

2. If you have any luau decorations we can borrow, please let us know.

We will also be sending out a sign up genius for extra help the day of the event - we appreciate the help!

Palmetto Family Orthodontics is inviting us to a "Summer Movie Day" for our Friday Morning Fun!  We are changing the Divisional theme reveal to Thurs. June 30th (after the swim meet is over). Complimentary admission includes a small popcorn and drink. Movie starts at 10:15

Night Swim / Epic WATER POLO Game for WCR swimmers in the 11-12, 13-14, and 15 & Up age groups. (No younger siblings)
No cost to attend. Bring your own snacks/drink.

Guppies please arrive at 8:45 for the meet to begin at 9:00am. They will each swim separate laps of freestyle, back stroke, and kick board. A guppy helper will be in the water with them the whole time. Please RSVP only your guppy swimmer so we know they will be there.

We are excited to announce the 81st Event on June 23rd. It will start after the Swim Meet clean up and resetting of the deck. We will have pizza and a little night swimming at WCR! We appreciate all the help cleaning up so far from meets, it takes a village!

Join us Monday, June 20th from 6-8pm at BIG AIR Trampoline Park. 
Check in starts at 5:30pm. 
Cost is $16 per swimmer (this includes Big Air grip socks) You can pay with exact cash OR Venmo (@WoodyCreek-Waves) Please add "Big Air" to the description.

All guests who are under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian submit the waiver in order to participate. The waiver will be deemed invalid if it is missing even one of the following items:

2.Adult Full Date of Birth
3.Mailing Address
4.Cell Phone Number
5.Child First and Last Name
6.Child Full Date of Birth
If there are siblings attending your event they MUST be on separate waivers (i.e. only one waiver per jumper is allowed)
