Get excited for some games and ice cream with the coaches! We will play dodgeball, basketball, air hockey and ping pong and have some time for free play before having ice cream sundaes. Cost is $8/person via Venmo to @WoodyCreek-Waves (9/10 social - Swimmer Name) or EXACT cash the day of.

All guests who are under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian submit the waiver in order to participate.

The waiver will be deemed invalid if it is missing even one of the following items:

3.Mailing Address

4.Cell Phone Number

5.Child First and Last Name

6.Child Full Date of Birth

If there are siblings attending your event they MUST be on separate waivers (i.e. only one waiver per jumper is allowed)

What: A Swim-A-Thon is a fun group event that any athlete can participate in while also raising funds for our swim team. Swimmers earn money by swimming lengths of the pool (25 yds) within a specified period. Prior to the event, swimmers collect pledges per lap or fixed donations from family, friends, neighbors or businesses to support their efforts. Our swimmers will have 45 minutes to swim a maximum of 150 laps.

When:

Friday morning June 16:

  • 8:30-9:15 -8 and Under
  • 9:30-10:15 - 9/10

Saturday morning June 17:

  • 8:30-9:15 - 11/12 and 13/14
  • 9:30-10:30 - 15 and Up

Guppie Meet vs. Thornblade

Guppies please arrive at 8:45 for the meet to begin at 9:00am. They will each swim separate laps of freestyle, back stroke, and kick board. A guppy helper will be in the water with them the whole time. Please RSVP only your guppy swimmer so we know they will be there.
