You are responsible for buying your ticket and signing the waiver. Please arrive early so we can arrange the swimmers and begin promptly at 8:00am. $10/printed 8x10 team pic and $10 per digital image of individual and/or siblings(make sure to include your email address on the payment envelope to receive your digital image). ***MUST have payment envelope completed(with payment) to turn in as you arrive on picture day***. These will be available the week of June 17th. |

The water park rental is from 5:45-7:45pm. It costs $10/participant (if adults are just watching their kids you do not need to pay), 2 and under are free. You can start arriving at 5:15 to pay and get a wristband. Look for a WCR sign to pay with our team. You can pay with cash, or a check made out to WCR. Afternoon practice times will be adjusted: 10&Unders 3:30-4:015 11& up: 4:15-5:00 Attached is the flow rider waiver. Anyone over 42”, who wishes to ride the flow rider, has to have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Please have each family hold onto the waiver and stay together to ensure everyone who is on the signed waiver receives a wrist band from the front staff. Limited Concessions will be for sale tonight. Officially: outside food is not allowed. Pepsi products $2.00 plus tax |

The Coaches want to hold an optional practice for any Woody Creek swimmers who are interested in receiving specific instruction on learning or improving freestyle and/or backstroke flip turns. Swimmers can join coaches at the pool Tuesday morning (6/11) before morning practice. We will begin at 7:45AM. |

Swimmers will enjoy games and pizza with the coaches. $5/swimmer(can give to Shelley Boozer). We will leave from games & ribbons to go to the clubhouse. Your swimmer may want to bring dry clothes to change into. Please pick your swimmer up at the clubhouse at noon. |
