2026 Woody Creek Sponsorship
Hi Woody Creek Families-
As we have in the past, we will be offering sponsorship opportunities again this year! The sponsorship levels will be the same as in the past:
Gold Level - Donations of $500 or more in cash or merchandise provided to the team.
What you get:
- 1 reserved parking spot at home meets, with signage designating “Gold Sponsor Level” and company logo, located in front of Woody Creek clubhouse.
- Banner hung at pool for duration of swim team season
- Large logo and link on website
- Logo displayed on any merchandise purchased with donation
Silver Level - Donations between $300-$499 in cash or merchandise provided to the team.
What you get:
- Banner hung at pool for duration of swim team season
- Medium logo and link on website
- Logo displayed on any merchandise purchased with donation
Bronze Level - Donations between $100-$299 in cash or merchandise provided to the team.
What you get:
- Medium logo and link on website
Returning Sponsors: please reply to this email to let me know if you want to sponsor again this summer. We have an updated banner printed if requested!
New Sponsors: Please use this google form to submit your info.
Please let us know by Sunday, May 10 if you are interested so that we can order the sponsorship materials.
Checks can be made payable to WCR and mailed to Sara Fox c/o Woody Creek, 112 Sun Meadow Rd, Greer SC 29650 or paid via Venmo @WoodyCreek-Waves w/ "Sponsorship" in the memo.
